How long will it take to receive my order?

I am based in Asia so most International Shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 3 weeks. Local and neighbouring Asian countries will take approximately 1 week.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Payment is by Paypal only, unless you are located in Singapore in which online bank transfer is possible.

For bank transfer payment option, please email me with the item name and I will reply with the details to complete the transaction. Please note that bank transfers are only available to Singapore addresses only. Currency exchange rates will apply.

If your Paypal payment will be delayed, I can only hold the item(s) for 3 days and will send you an invoice to make payment instead.

When will you ship my items and how much?

Shipping is now every Wednesday.

Customers can combine shipping when you make multiple purchases within the week. Shipping will be via registered airmail.

Anything else I need to take note?

Please note that some of the items do stain if worn on the doll for long periods of time. I will highlight this point on individual items that have a higher risk of staining happening.For items that may cause possible staining due to prolong contact with dolls, please note that having the doll wear a pair of tights and tee under the highlighted item is highly recommended.
